Quickstart: 6-Step Complete Tutorial
From zero to fully operational in 30 minutes.
Before You Start
This tutorial is for first-time users. Follow along step by step the first time you open Shopman.
Installation
1. Download and Install Shopman
Visit shopman.cooder.co and click Download, or download directly:
- Windows: Download shopman-setup.exe
After installation, Shopman appears in the system tray (bottom-right on Windows). It starts a local Fastify server on port 17921 to communicate with the Chrome extension.
2. Install the Chrome Extension
Shopman's order sync, barcode download, and WangWang auto-fill all depend on the Chrome extension.
- Open Chrome, go to
chrome://extensions/ - Enable Developer Mode (top-right toggle)
- Click Load unpacked
- Select the
chrome-extension-distfolder inside Shopman's installation directory
Once installed, the Shopman extension icon appears in the Chrome toolbar.
Step 1: Sync Suppliers
Goal: Import 1688 supplier data into Shopman to build your sourcing library.
Option A: Bulk Import from 1688 Favorites (Recommended)
- Ensure Shopman is running in the background
- In Chrome, open your 1688 Favorites
- Click the Shopman extension icon → Sync Suppliers
- The extension scans each supplier's name, WangWang ID, contacts, and shipping address
- In Shopman, click Suppliers in the left menu to confirm the import
Anti-bot Notice
1688 has request rate limits. Shopman uses human-like delay strategies (log-normal random intervals + occasional long pauses), with a default daily cap of 150 suppliers. For large imports, spread across two days.
Option B: Manual Entry
Left menu → Suppliers → + → Fill in details → Save
Step 2: Bind Products to SKUs
Goal: Assign a supplier to each TikTok SKU so the system can auto-match orders.
- Left menu → Products (or click any SKU badge on the home screen)
- Find red-badged SKUs (no supplier bound yet)
- Click the SKU → Edit → Add Sourcing
- Select supplier → Enter purchase price → Set as default → Save
Badge Colors
- 🟢 Green: Default supplier bound — fully automatic
- 🟡 Yellow: Bound but no default — manual selection required
- 🔴 Red: No supplier bound — cannot auto-dispatch
Step 3: Sync Orders + Auto-Download 3 Files
Goal: One-click sync all pending TikTok orders with automatic barcode + delivery slip download.
- Open TikTok Seller Center - Orders in Chrome
- Confirm pending orders are visible on the page
- Click the Shopman extension icon → 🔄 One-Click Sync
- The extension automatically:
- Scans all pending orders (order ID, SKU, buyer address)
- Downloads barcode PDFs + delivery slips in bulk
- Pushes order data to Shopman via WebSocket
- Shopman home screen refreshes with updated order counts
Steps 4–6: The 6-Step Dispatch Workflow
Goal: Process each order through the complete dispatch chain to shipped.
On the Shopman home screen, expand any order row to see the 6-step progress bar.
① Confirm Supplier (Auto)
System auto-matches the default supplier based on SKU bindings. To change: click Select Supplier.
② Arrange Logistics
Choose logistics type:
- Platform Pickup: TikTok collects from supplier address
- Self-Delivery: Seller arranges own delivery
Click Confirm Logistics.
③ WangWang Order Message
- Select a message template
- Variables auto-filled (product name, buyer address, quantity, logistics type)
- Click Open in WangWang (Auto-Fill)
- 1688 IM opens with the message pre-injected in the chat box
- Confirm and send
④ Submit 1688 Order
- Complete the order on 1688's product page
- Extension detects the order result page, auto-captures and records the 1688 order number
⑤ Payment Confirmation
- Manual: Click Send Payment Notification → send in WangWang
- Auto mode (recommended): Enable in Settings → Auto-send payment notification when status =
ordered_unpaid
⑥ Confirm Shipment · Complete
- Enter the tracking number from the supplier
- Click Mark as Complete
- Order status →
