Sync Suppliers
Shopman supplier data can enter the system through three paths:
- bulk import from 1688 Favorites
- single contact-page capture
- manual entry
Bulk Import from 1688 Favorites
Prerequisites
- Shopman is running in the background
- Shopman built-in browser assistant is initialized
- You are logged into 1688 in Chrome
Steps
- Open 1688 Favorites
- Click the Shopman browser assistant icon
- Click Sync Suppliers
- The system scrapes each supplier: company name, 1688 URL, WangWang ID, contacts, shipping address
- Data is pushed to Shopman via WebSocket and imported automatically. Check Suppliers to confirm.
Rate Limits & Anti-bot

| Long pause | ~15% chance of 45–90s pause (simulates page browsing) |
| Circuit breaker | Stops after 3 consecutive empty results |
TIP
For large supplier libraries, split across two days (≤100/day) to reduce ban risk.
Capture from a Single Contact Page
If you do not want to use Favorites bulk import, you can capture one supplier directly from its 1688 contact page.
Best for
- a supplier is not in Favorites
- you only want to fix one supplier
- a bulk import missed some contact or phone fields
Steps
- Open that supplier's 1688 contact page
- Wait until the page is fully rendered
- Click the Shopman panel at the bottom of the page
- Push the current supplier into the local queue
- Return to Suppliers and verify the result

Manual Supplier Management
Add: Left menu → Suppliers → +
Edit: Hover (desktop) or long-press (mobile) a supplier row → Edit
The edit page supports further completion of:
- base profile
- multiple contacts
- multiple addresses
- logistics method
Disable/Enable: Long-press → Disable or Enable. Disabled suppliers don't appear in dispatch options.
