What is Shopman
Shopman is a local operations workspace for TikTok seller teams, covering JIT and standard-store order handling, shoppable video batch workflows, and finance reporting.
The JIT Seller's Reality
In JIT mode, sellers hold no inventory. When a customer places an order, the seller purchases from a 1688 supplier, who then drop-ships or the seller re-ships. This model reduces capital pressure but creates enormous daily operational overhead:
A JIT seller shipping 30–50 orders per day spends 4–6 hours on mechanical, repetitive tasks:
- Opening TikTok backend and copying buyer information order by order
- Downloading barcode PDFs and delivery slips one by one
- Opening 1688 WangWang, typing out order messages to suppliers
- Submitting 1688 orders and recording order numbers
- Following up on payment status, sending payment notifications
- Entering tracking numbers into the logistics system
None of this requires skill. Yet it consumes the most valuable hours of every seller's day.
Shopman's Solution
Through three layers of automation, Shopman can commonly help teams process 15-20 orders in around 30 minutes once suppliers, products, and SKU mappings are prepared. For 30-50 orders, the same workload is often compressed to around 1-2 hours.
Official distribution is currently the Electron desktop app for both Windows and macOS.

- WangWang message auto-inject: extension injects the pre-filled message directly into the 1688 IM chat box
- 1688 order number auto-capture: after ordering, the order number is automatically captured and recorded
- Payment automation: automatic payment notifications, with optional fully automated payment for self-delivery orders
