Message Templates
Pre-set WangWang message templates so you never type an order message manually again.
Available Variables

Default Templates
Shopman ships with 3 default templates:
- WangWang Order: First notification to supplier
- Payment Reminder: Follow-up payment confirmation
- Order Notes: Additional notes / file attachment
Custom Templates
Left menu → Message Templates
- Click + to create a new template
- Name it and add Parts (each part can be toggled on/off)
- Use
{variable}syntax in part content - Save
In dispatch step ③, select your template and the variables are substituted before injection into 1688 IM.
