6-Step Dispatch Workflow

The core of Shopman: every order from sync to completion passes through 6 steps, each with clear status, actions, and automation support.

Viewing Progress

On the home screen or order list: click any order row to expand and see the 6-step progress bar + action area for the current step.

Step Details

① Confirm Supplier

Auto-matched on sync. To change: click Select Supplier.

② Arrange Logistics

Choose Platform Pickup (confirm supplier address) or Self-Delivery → Click Confirm Logistics.

③ WangWang Order Message

Select template → variables auto-replaced → click Open in WangWang (Auto-Fill) → 1688 IM opens with message pre-injected → confirm and send.

④ Submit 1688 Order

Complete order on 1688. Extension detects order result page, auto-captures order number back into Shopman.

⑤ Payment Confirmation

• Manual: Click Send Payment Notification
• Auto (recommended): Enable in Settings → auto-triggered on ordered_unpaid status

⑥ Confirm Shipment

Enter tracking number → Mark as Complete → order moves to history.

Reset Dispatch

Click Reset to roll back an order to supplier_selected status. Clears WangWang message, 1688 order number, and logistics flag. Downloaded files are kept.
