Order Sync & 3-File Download

Shopman's Chrome extension integrates with TikTok seller backend for one-click order sync + bulk 3-file download.

What Are the "3 Files"?

File	Purpose
Barcode PDF	Must be affixed to each package for shipping
Delivery Slip PDF	Records buyer info, included with shipment
Pick List	For internal picking/sorting

Traditionally, these 3 files require 30–90 individual clicks per day. Shopman downloads all of them automatically during sync.

One-Click Sync

1. Confirm Shopman is running (port 17921)
2. Open TikTok Seller Center - Orders
3. Click extension icon → 🔄 One-Click Sync
4. Extension runs automatically:
   • Scans all pending orders
   • Bulk-downloads barcode PDFs + delivery slips
   • Pushes order data to Shopman via WebSocket
5. Shopman home screen refreshes

File Storage

Downloaded PDFs are saved to:

%APPDATA%\com.moyancn.shopman\files\MMDD\

Example: ...files\0328\barcode_0328_ProductName.pdf

Click the file icon on any order row in Shopman to preview directly.
