SKU Binding
SKU-supplier binding is the foundation of Shopman's auto-dispatch. Only bound SKUs can be auto-matched when orders arrive.
Badge Colors
| Color | Meaning | Action |
|---|---|---|
| 🟢 Green | Default supplier bound — auto-dispatch ready | None needed |
| 🟡 Yellow | Bound but no default | Set one as default |
| 🔴 Red | No supplier bound | Add binding immediately |
Red-badge orders cannot enter the automatic dispatch workflow.
Adding a Binding
From Home Screen
Click a red or yellow badge → Add Sourcing popup → Select supplier → Enter price → Set as default → Save.
From Products Page
Left menu → Products → Click SKU → Add Sourcing → Fill in supplier, price, logistics type → Save.
Multiple Suppliers
A single SKU can have multiple supplier bindings:
- Default: auto-selected by the system
- Backup: switch to manually if the default is unavailable
